Ghost Phone movie and phone app

Ghost Phone Movie & Phone App

Nobody believes William Pierce. Not the cops, not the shrinks, not even his own mother. And why should they? You see, Will has a direct hotline to the afterworld: his dead fiancée's cell phone. Here's the problem: the dead only talk to him!
Learn more about this unusual story, inspired in part by real life events, and share a significant part in not only bringing the final film to the screen, but by playing a part in the film itself, and contributing to the realization of a phone app titled Phone Calls from the Dead, through our upcoming Kickstarter campaign! more

Perdido: A Screen Adaptation of the Rick Collignon Murder Mystery Set in North-Central New Mexico

Perdido

Not only was this valley lost...but so was everyone in it. Set in north-central New Mexico, where it seems that no sooner has one winter faded that another begins, Perdido is a haunting murder mystery in the truest sense, based on true events, and repleat with characters and imagery that won't soon fade from thought. The film, now in development, is slated to feature Taos actor Arron Shiver and fast-rising Latin-American talent Sandra Echeverria.

In Pre-Production: Everything Beautiful Is Far Away

Everything Beautiful Is Far Away

Independent filmmaker Jeff Jackson teams up with Taos-based actor/writer Arron Shiver to direct this rakish tale of a marginal twenty-something newsstand attendent whose obsession with a wild teen she-terror drives him to disintegration and madness. Based on the Richard Lange short story by the same title.
Everything Beautiful Is Far Away will mark one of Taos Land & Film's first projects working with the Kickstarter fundraising platform. We plan to provide great fundraising incentives including DVD copies of the final film all the way up to land in beautiful Taos County New Mexico. Plus, you'll be able to get involved with the process by providing feedback that could land you a credit or spot as an extra, or by entering our planned casting contest for a chance to play the role of teen terror Shehla in the film. more
